FACTS ABOUT IRIS
GICLÉE PRINTS
Each Iris Giclée print by Omega, is painstakingly produced, one by one,
on actual watercolor paper or canvas.
The print is then inspected for accuracy and fidelity to the original artwork
prior to shipment to the artist.
The new Iris Equipoise inks give the Omega Giclée prints greatly increased
longevity and a much improved color gamut over previous inks.
The Iris Giclée is the only Giclée digital print to have colors
mixed inside each pixel.
This is made possible by spraying over four million droplets of ink per second,
droplets as small as a blood corpuscle.
Altogether a truly remarkable feat, but one which
produces a print unlike any other print on the fine art market.
